Return & Refund Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom Printed T-Shirts (Single & Bulk Orders) –
- If you purchased a standard size available on our website, you can return or exchange it within 7 days.
- If you placed a custom size order or bulk custom design, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.
- Used, Washed, or Altered Clothing – Worn or damaged items that are not due to our error.
- Sunglasses & Shoes – Must be returned unworn with original packaging.
- Jute Bags & Hoodies – No returns if used or damaged after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
🚫 Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to reflect.
- Contact your bank—there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at contact@styllyf.com or call us on our number.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@styllyf.com or call us on our number.
Shipping Returns
Returns will be handled by our delivery service. If you are eligible for a return or exchange, we will arrange the pickup and processing for you.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
- For expensive items, consider trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
